We have a well-defined process for the dispatch of cabs, which is followed by our operations team. After receiving the booking, we confirm the payment acceptance, and then our team shares the cab details with the customer. Normally, we share the cab details two hours prior to its departure from our premises. The cab is always neat, clean, and well-maintained. We ensure that the phone is charged, fuel is sufficient, and all other amenities are properly placed in the cab.
